Requirements

Operational
A franchisee who owns and operates his/her franchise in a full-time capacity is our recipe for success. With an owner/operator, SEEK is assured that assignment employees and clients will receive the extraordinary customer service that they deserve. In addition, the owner must maintain at least a 51% ownership interest in the franchise.

Financial
You will need a minimum dollar amount of $208,000 to $400,000 in liquid assets to qualify for a SEEK franchise.

Protected Area
You will receive a designated area with an approximate population of 30,000 people generally containing one or more zip codes.
