Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR is the CEO of SEEK Franchising and oversees its growth and development. Carol is the Founder, CEO, and Chair of the Board of SEEK Careers/Staffing, Inc., from 1971 to present. Throughout her tenure, SEEK Careers/Staffing has grown from a start-up home-based operation to a $45 million dollar enterprise with four boutique divisions.

Joel A. Schneider is the President of SEEK Franchising and leads its development and operational processes. Joel has held numerous roles within SEEK over the past 20 years and presently is the President of SEEK Careers/Staffing. Under Joel's leadership, SEEK Careers/Staffing has grown from 4 locations to 16 locations, which include a national presence.
