Step 1: Submit an Application

Step 2: Application Review and Phone Interview
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by phone by a member of our franchise development department to discuss your preliminary questions and to review the feasibility of a long-term business relationship. A personal meeting may be scheduled at that time.

Step 3: Receive Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
In Step 3, you will learn about our franchise program and the support that we offer. We will discuss your responsibilities to our franchise system, your personal qualifications and your business objectives. We will provide you with a copy of our FDD, which provides you with an explanation and overview of our history and the SEEK operating system. Step 4: Evaluation Process and Application for Consideration
This step allows you to review the FDD and have the opportunity to perform your own due diligence. During this time we will complete background, criminal, reference and credit checks to verify all of the submitted information on your application.

Step 5: Assessment of Personality Profile Testing
Completion of our testing provides a validation for both our candidates and us with insight to passion, desire and career goals. This tool provides direction for our training process.

Step 6: Validation Conversation with SEEK Executive Team
An one-hour phone conversation is scheduled as an introductory conference to get to know our candidates and for our candidates to get to know us. This venue provides opportunity for a question and answer session with our executive team.

Step 7: Discovery Days
Discovery Day is held at our national headquarters, conveniently located near Milwaukee, in Grafton, Wisconsin. During this time you will meet our executive team in person and learn about our brand strategies and the services included with owning a franchise. You will also meet with our franchise administration team to understand how real estate, store development and operations training are critical components to opening a franchise. A tour of our state-of-the-art training center and company locations will be provided. We are proud of our company operations and believe that you will be, too.

Step 8: Formal Commitment for Financing and Entering into a Franchise Agreement
Once all appropriate paperwork has been approved, you will sign a SEEK Franchise Agreement and pay the initial franchise fee, thus becoming a SEEK Franchisee.

Step 9: Identify a Site for Your SEEK Franchise
Next, you will select a site in which you would like to open your franchise. We will provide you with site selection criteria to assist in finding a location suitable for a SEEK Business.

Step 10: Training
You and your operating team members are then scheduled to attend our 10-day training program.

Step 11: Complete Construction and Open for Business
After successfully completing your training, you will begin working toward the final countdown to opening your SEEK franchise.
