Carol Ann Schneider's vision for SEEK is to help individuals all over the United States to achieve their dreams. It was in the late 1990's, when Schneider was attending a conference of the Committee of 200, where she first was introduced to the franchising business model. Shortly thereafter she began seriously exploring the idea of franchising SEEK as a way to lead the enterprise in brand distribution and expansion. Believing in sharing the process, SEEK has mastered yhe optimization of current relationships, community involvement and operating systems. By utilizing the franchise distribution model, SEEK will continue to foster Carol's dream of helping franchise owners achieve their dreams.

Creation of a personal relationship with our franchisees is essential to the growth and success of SEEK Franchising. We will capitalize on our strategy of placing the best person in a business, by thoroughly selecting the most qualified individuals as our franchisees. Our intent as a franchisor is to be involved in the long-term growth and prosperity of our franchisees. We have not entered into the franchise business model to just award franchises and walk away. It is our culture to maintain, nurture and grow our franchise business as we have all of SEEK's investments. As we build the life relationship with our franchisees through the principals and philosophies of "servicing their success" through extraordinary customer service, availability 24/7 and truly having walked in their shoes, we stand out above our competition.

Our marketing, sales and internal front and back office support systems are designed to eliminate the frustrations of having to re-create the wheel. Thus, allowing our franchisees to focus on client sales and revenue growth within their awarded territories. Additionally, we support our franchisees with temporary employment payroll funding and processing. As we have elected to award franchises in markets mirroring the existing SEEK enterprise.
